PLEASE NOTE: We are now offering USPS shipping. If you choose Customer Pick up, no shipping charges will be added to your order. Pick up must be by appointment only. SHIPPING INFORMATION
USPS (United States Postal Service)
All orders will be processed in the order we receive them. We hand pour all of our candles and often pour to order. Please allow between 3 to 5 business days for the completion of your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES
We accept order cancellations up to 24 hours after order and payment are received. After 24 hours, we will not accept order cancellations. We only offer refunds if a product is defective and is returned to our company within 10 days of receipt of defective product.
